Zusammenfassung:	The deposition and drying out of ink on the front surface of a print head nozzle plate adversely affects the ejection of the ink droplets. The nozzle plate (12) of ink wettable material carries a coating (30) on its front surface on non-wetting material. Such arrangement provides a stable meniscus of the ink column in each nozzle (24) and prevents ink from depositing at the front surface around the nozzle orifice. The principal use is in an ink jet printer. Le depot et le sechage de l'encre sur la surface anterieure d'une plaque d'ajutage de tete imprimante influence negativement l'ejection de gouttelettes d'encre. La plaque d'ajutage (12) realisee en un materiau pouvant etre mouille par de l'encre est enduite sur la surface frontale d'une couche (30) d'un materiau empechant le mouillage. Une telle disposition cree un menisque stable de la colonne d'encre dans chaque ajutage (24) et empeche tout depot d'encre sur la surface frontale autour de l'orifice de l'ajutage. L'utilisation principale est prevue dans une imprimante a jet d'encre.
