Zusammenfassung: | The procedure provides for the manufacture of crimped high-wet-modulus staple fibres by spinning from viscose to which have been added small quantities of derivatives of cyclohexanone or cyclopentanone and/or alkylated amino compounds of cyclohexane or cyclopentane. To improve the tenacity of the finished fibres, combinations of nitrogen-free and nitrogen-containing modifiers can be used. The viscose and/or spinning bath can also be treated with known stretching and spinning aids. In addition, the crimpyielding additives can be combined with small amounts of zinc ions in the viscose, and the fibres can be allowed to relax in an alkaline bath after being spun.
Procede de fabrication de fibres discontinues frisees ayant un module eleve a l'etat mouille par filature de viscose a laquelle on ajoute de petites quantites de derives de cyclohexanone ou cyclopentanone et/ou des composes aminos alkyles de cyclohexane ou cyclopentane. Pour ameliorer la tenacite des fibres finies, on peut utiliser des combinaisons de modificateurs sans azote et des modificateurs contenant de l'azote. La viscose et/ou le bain de filage peuvent egalement etre traites avec des substances connues favorisant l'elasticite et facilitant le filage. De plus, les additifs qui donnent la frisure peuvent etre combines a de petites quantites d'ions zinc dans la viscose, et les fibres peuvent se detendre dans un bain alcalin apres filage. |
