A display device is disclosed. The display device of the present disclosure may comprise: a display panel; a frame which is disposed behind the display panel and to which the display panel is coupled; a board which includes a substrate and is seated on the frame; and a shield which covers the board, wherein: the board may comprise an element which protrudes from the substrate toward the shield and on which the shield is seated; and one of the substrate and the shield may include protrusions protruding therefrom toward the other, passing through the other, and spaced apart from each other.
