METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING MODULAR BUILDING HAVING EXPANDABLE LOAD-BEARING BODY

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a building by stacking hexahedral PC modules manufactured in a factory, the method comprising the steps of: a) preparing the ground; b) providing a foundation; c) pouring concrete onto a part of the upper surface of the foundation and providing a PC module on the upper surface of the foundation; d) providing the PC module to the uppermost layer by repeating the step in which concrete is poured onto the upper surface of the provided PC module and the PC module of the upper layer is provided; and e) providing a roof module on the upper surface of the uppermost layer PC module, and thus the present invention can minimize the size of a load-bearing body such as a column or a load-bearing wall provided in the PC module itself, and expand the size of the load-bearing body during on-site construction according to the size of the building to be constructed.
