The dynamic generation method for the diagnostic report comprises: on the basis of display information required by different diagnostic reports, preconfiguring a plurality of form fields and data structures associated with the plurality of form fields; on the basis of each form field and the data structure associated with each form field, generating a corresponding form control; and calling the corresponding form control on the basis of a design instruction of a doctor, and performing layout to form a corresponding dynamic form template, so that the doctor correspondingly fills in patient information to form a diagnostic report.
