Zusammenfassung:	A control method and apparatus, and an intelligent driving device. The method comprises: when there is a risk of collision between an intelligent driving device and an obstacle, determining a second torque at least according to a first torque of a steering wheel, the first torque being a torque applied to the steering wheel by a user of the intelligent driving device, the direction of the second torque being opposite to the direction of the first torque, and the value of the second torque minus the value of the first torque being greater than or equal to a first preset threshold; and controlling the steering wheel according to the first torque and the second torque. The technical solution of the present application may be applied to intelligent driving devices such as electric vehicles and new energy vehicles.
