The thread inserter including a medical thread may include: an insertion needle inserted into the skin of a patient and having a slit formed on one side of an outer circumferential surface thereof to extend in the longitudinal direction; a medical thread wound on the outer circumferential surface of the insertion needle and having both ends inserted into and fixed to the slit; and a handle into which one end of the insertion needle is inserted and which is gripped by a user's hand; and a slide member inserted into the insertion needle to be adjacent to the handle and slidably moving on the insertion needle.
