GENE CONSTRUCT COMPRISING NUCLEOTIDES ENCODING DECOY PEPTIDES FOR INHIBITING PROTEIN PHOSPHATASE 1-MEDIATED DEPHOSPHORYLATION OF PHOSPHOLAMBAN AND NUCLEOTIDES ENCODING CCN5 PROTEIN OR FRAGMENTS THEREOF, AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to: a gene construct comprising nucleotides encoding decoy peptides for inhibiting protein phosphatase 1 (PP1)-medicated dephosphorylation of phospholamban (PLB) and nucleotides encoding the CCN5 protein or a fragment thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating heart diseases, the pharmaceutical composition comprising same. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating heart diseases according to the present invention simultaneously expresses a decoy peptide inhibiting PP1-mediated dephosphorylation and the CCN5 protein, thereby exhibiting a synergistic therapeutic effect, and thus can be effectively used for preventing or treating heart diseases.
