Zusammenfassung:	A rotating shaft device (10), an electronic apparatus (1) and a housing (21). The rotating shaft device (10) comprises a base (500), a bearing holder (400), a first shaft core (200), a second shaft core (300) and a first shaft sleeve assembly (100), wherein the first shaft core (200) is fixed to the bearing holder (400); the second shaft core (300) is slidably connected to the base (500); and a first end of the first shaft sleeve assembly (100) is sleeved on the first shaft core (200) and can rotate relative to the first shaft core (200), a second end of the first shaft sleeve assembly (100) is sleeved on the second shaft core (300) and can rotate relative to the second shaft core (300), and the two ends of the first shaft sleeve assembly (100) are in interference fit with the first shaft core (200) and the second shaft core (300), respectively, such that when the rotating shaft device (10) is switched between an open state and a closed state, the first shaft sleeve assembly (100) and the first shaft core (20
