By using stearin as a shell layer, coating of a high-moisture-content liquid is achieved, and the variety of a liquid inner core that can be coated is greatly widened, such that the prepared liquid sandwich composition can be widely applied to sandwich food to obtain different flavors and tastes, and has huge commercial application prospects.
