Zusammenfassung: | A nickel-iron-manganese-copper sodium ion precursor, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a nickel-iron-manganese mixed salt solution, a copper salt solution, a precipitant solution and a complexing agent solution to a base solution in a parallel flow mode, and subjecting same to a co-precipitation reaction to obtain the nickel-iron-manganese-copper sodium ion precursor, wherein the copper salt solution further comprises a dispersing agent. In a nickel-iron-manganese-copper co-precipitation system, a copper salt is separately added and comprises a dispersing agent, and the dispersing agent can be coordinated with a complexing agent, such that reaction uniformity is maintained, the uniform precipitation of copper, nickel, iron and manganese is promoted, and a compact precursor material with uniformly precipitated elements and a stable structure is obtained.
