The present application relates to an antenna module and a communication device. The antenna module comprises a housing, a first antenna module, a second antenna module and a filter module. The first antenna module and the second antenna module are both mounted in an accommodating cavity of the housing. The filter module is located between the adjacent first antenna module and second antenna module in a distribution direction of the first antenna module and the second antenna module. The filter module can reflect at least some output electromagnetic waves, thereby reducing the risk of the output electromagnetic waves generated by the first antenna module being transmitted to the second antenna module; and/or the filter module can absorb and consume the energy of the output electromagnetic waves so as to weaken the intensity of the output electromagnetic waves near the second antenna module, thereby improving the isolation between the first antenna module and the second antenna module, improving the signal rec
