Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a liquor manufacturing apparatus and a liquor manufacturing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a liquor manufacturing apparatus comprising: a chamber having an inner space in which a raw material is stored; a stirring unit that is disposed in the inner space and stirs the raw material; a container unit rotatably disposed in the inner space and storing a target material; and a controller connected to the container unit and controlling the container unit on the basis of information about the physical properties of the target material. La présente invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de liqueur et un procédé de fabrication de liqueur.
