A surgical instrument, and a guide assembly and a disassembling tool therefor. The guide assembly comprises a body member and a movable limiting member, wherein the body member comprises a joint portion and a guide portion; and the movable limiting member comprises a sliding clamping portion, and is configured to switch the joint portion and the tail end of an actuator assembly between a separation state and a joint state. An operator can meet surgical requirements by using only one surgical instrument provided with the guide assembly, without having to activate another instrument, which is conducive to a reduction in medical costs and expenses. When subjected to an acting force in a joint direction, the movable limiting member generates inflexible deformation in a case where same abuts against a sliding guide portion, and releases the inflexible deformation in a case where same slides to a joint position, so as to be clamped to a clamping structure of the actuator assembly; and the joint portion can be clamp
