Zusammenfassung:A primer composition for detecting avian influenza virus and newcastle disease virus on the basis of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry detection technique and the use thereof. The primer composition comprises an amplification primer set as shown in SEQ ID Nos. 1-16 and a UEP extension primer set as shown in SEQ ID Nos. 17-31. The present invention further relates to a method for detecting avian influenza virus and newcastle disease virus on the basis of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry detection technique. The MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry detection method is sensitive and specific, and can realize the synchronous detection of multiple targets.
