The method used to form a concentrated 3HP solution also reduces acrylic acid formations. Des procédés de formation d'une solution 3HP concentrée consistent à condenser un premier courant de vapeur de distillation pour former un premier flux de condensat. Le procédé consisteà éliminer l'eau du premier flux de condensat pour former un flux concentré comprenant au moins 80% en poids d'équivalents 3HP. Le procédé utilisé pour former une solution 3HP concentrée permet également de réduire les formations d'acide acrylique.
