A BIO-MATERIAL FOR PREVENTING POST-SURGERY ADHESION AND PROCESS THEREOF

The present invention provides a process of preparing biomaterial for preventing post-surgery adhesion. The process includes preparing a first solution A by mixing a solution of protein selected from a group of albumin family and a solution of an antioxidant agent selected from a group of polyphenols in a predefined quantity. The process includes preparing a second solution B by mixing a first crosslinking agent selected from a group of aldehydes and a second crosslinking agent selected from a group of alkaline earth metal ions in a predefined quantity. The process further includes mixing the solution A and the solution B in a predefined quantity to prepare the said biomaterial. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un biomatériau pour empêcher une adhérence post-chirurgie. Le procédé comprend la préparation d'une première solution A par mélange d'une solution de protéine choisie dans un groupe de la famille de l'albumine et d'une solution d'un agent antioxydant choisi dans un groupe de polyphénols dans une quantité prédéfinie. Le procédé comprend la préparation d'une seconde solution B par mélange d'un premier agent de réticulation choisi dans un groupe d'aldéhydes et d'un second agent de réticulation choisi dans un groupe d'ions de métaux alcalino-terreux dans une quantité prédéfinie. Le procédé comprend en outre le mélange de la solution A et de la solution B dans une quantité prédéfinie pour préparer ledit biomatériau.
