The data transmission apparatus (100) comprises a battery module (11), a first power supply circuit (12), a second power supply circuit (13), and a data transmission module (14) used for being communicationally connected to the battery management system, wherein: the data transmission module (14) is used for receiving and transmitting battery data sent by the battery management system; the first power supply circuit (12) is electrically connected between the battery module (11) and a power output connection end of the data transmission apparatus (100); the battery module (11) is connected to an input end of the second power supply circuit (13), and an output end of the second power supply circuit (13) outputs a preset working voltage of the data transmission apparatus (100).
