AIR-PERMEABLE FOAM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

An air-permeable foam and a preparation method therefor. The air-permeable foam comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polyether polyol, 5-10 parts of polyester polyol, 0.01-0.05 parts of a foam stabilizer, 8-20 parts of an isocyanate, 0.05-0.15 parts of a foaming agent, 0.01-0.1 parts of a catalyst, and 1.2-3.2 parts of a hydrophobic anti-deformation filler. The foam with good air permeability is obtained by compounding polyester polyol, polyether polyol, an isocyanate, water-resistant particles, etc., with the assistance of a catalyst and a foaming agent; and the strength and hydrophobicity of the framework of the foam are enhanced due to the addition of a hydrophobic anti-deformation filler, such that when the foam is applied to brassieres, the water absorption speed of the foam is reduced in a laundering process, and the foam is not prone to deformation after repeated laundering of the brassieres.
