Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cochlear hair cell specific promoter and the use thereof. The present invention particularly relates to a nucleic acid promoter (SEQ ID NO: 1), the nucleic acid promoter comprising an enhancer sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) and a core promoter element (SEQ ID NO: 3), wherein the enhancer sequence has a sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 2 or a sequence having at least 90% sequence identity with same, and the core promoter element has a sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 3 or a sequence having at least 90% sequence identity with same.
