Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed in the present invention are a composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, which belongs to the technical field of photocatalysts. The composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst is prepared by loading a microbial agent on the surface of a titanium dioxide precursor, wherein the dosage of the microbial agent is 1%-3% of the mass of the titanium dioxide precursor, and the microbial agent is a mixture of Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus subtilis. In the present invention, different microorganisms are compounded and loaded on the surface of titanium dioxide, which enables the adsorption capacity of titanium dioxide to be enhanced, so that the photocatalytic performance of the composite titanium dioxide photocatalyst in the photocatalytic degradation of organic wastewater is effectively improved.
