Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an anticancer pharmaceutical composition containing a 4-chromanone derivative compound having a novel structure as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing same, wherein the composition containing a 4-chromanone derivative compound as an active ingredient suppresses the activity of MLL1 and degrades WDR5, and thus can be useful as a composition for preventing or treating cancer. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique anticancéreuse contenant un composé dérivé de 4-chromanone ayant une nouvelle structure en tant que principe actif, et son procédé de préparation, la composition contenant un composé dérivé de 4-chromanone en tant que principe actif supprimant l'activité de MLL1 et dégradant WDR5, et pouvant ainsi être utile en tant que composition pour prévenir ou traiter le cancer. 본 발명은 새로운 구조의 4-크로만온 유도체 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항암용 약학적 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 4-크로만온 유도체 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 MLL1의 활성을 저해하고 WDR5를 분해시킴으로써 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 유용하게 사용가능하다.
