| Zusammenfassung: | A production plate bearing apparatus, comprising a bearing disc (1), wherein the central region of the bearing disc (1) is a suction region (11) for suctioning a production plate; the periphery of the suction region is a dry-type contact region (12); at least one sealing cavity (13) is formed in the dry-type contact region (12); the sealing cavity (13) comprises a contact mechanism (131) having one end pressing the production plate in a contact manner, and the other end connected to an external electrical system. The dry-type contact region is provided at the periphery of the suction region of the bearing disc, so that the dry-type contact clamping effect of the production plate is achieved; moreover, the contact mechanism in the sealing cavity presses the production plate in the contact manner and conducts current, thereby improving the clamping effect of the production plate, and satisfying the actual production requirements.
