Zusammenfassung:	Methods and systems for predicting a potency of a T cell product; the method includes: obtaining a plurality of T cells, the T cells having been subjected to a gene editing procedure; obtaining a plurality of measurements of a metabolic indicator within each of the plurality of T cells; analyzing the measurements of the metabolic indicator to identify a plurality of indicators of a metabolic state of each of the plurality of T cells; and predicting a potency of each of the plurality of T cells based on identifying the plurality of indicators of the metabolic state of each of the plurality of T cells. L'invention concerne des méthodes et des systèmes pour prédire une puissance d'un produit de lymphocytes T; la méthode consistant à : obtenir une pluralité de lymphocytes T, les lymphocytes T ayant été soumis à une procédure d'édition de gène; obtenir une pluralité de mesures d'un indicateur métabolique dans chacun de la pluralité de lymphocytes T; analyser des mesures de l'indicateur métabolique pour identifier une pluralité d'indicateurs d'un état métabolique de chacun de la pluralité de lymphocytes T; et prédire une puissance de chacune de la pluralité de lymphocytes T sur la base de l'identification de la pluralité d'indicateurs de l'état métabolique de chacun de la pluralité de lymphocytes T.
