Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to methods of treating a condition, wherein such treatment comprises administering certain mono- and/or bis-nitrosylated propanediols, including compositions and formulations thereof, and wherein said administration is to a patient in need thereof via intra-arterial infusion in a dose of from about 0.01 to 3000 nmol kg-1 min-1. The present invention also relates to the use of mono- and/or bis-nitrosylated propanediols for treating thromboembolic disease. La présente invention concerne des méthodes de traitement d'une affection, un tel traitement comprenant l'administration de certains propanediols mono- et/ou bis-nitrosylés, y compris des compositions et des formulations associées, et ladite administration se faisant à un patient en ayant besoin par perfusion intra-artérielle à une dose d'environ 0,01 à 3000 nmol kg-1min-1. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de propanediols mono- et/ou bis-nitrosylés pour le traitement d'une maladie thromboembolique.
