Zusammenfassung: | Provided in the present application are a magnetic-resonance-based detection system and method for neural activity and brain function activation. The method comprises: by means of collecting magnetic-resonance echo train data, respectively acquiring magnetic resonance images at time points corresponding to different echoes when a brain is in a resting state and in a stimulated state; performing amplitude or phase extraction, so as to respectively obtain curves of an amplitude or phase in the resting state and the stimulated state that change over time; calculating the difference between the curves of the amplitude or phase in the two states that change over time, so as to obtain a difference curve; and according to fluctuations in the difference curve, determining a time point of neural activity and brain function activation induced by function stimulation. Since a long TR and a large pulse flip angle can be used, a high signal-to-noise ratio can be obtained. The solution solves the problems in the prior art |
