Zusammenfassung:	A buprenorphine implant, comprising: a biodegradable polymer; and an active drug dispersed in the biodegradable polymer. The active drug comprises one or more of buprenorphine and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a plurality of pores are formed in the buprenorphine implant; the porosity of the buprenorphine implant is 2%-10%; the average pore diameter of the pores is 2-15 μm. When the porosity of the buprenorphine implant, the average pore diameter of the pores, and the distribution uniformity of the pores fall within the above ranges, the buprenorphine implant can continuously and stably release the drug, and the occurrence of burst release and delayed release of the implant is reduced.
