Zusammenfassung:	A fan control method and apparatus (110), and an air conditioner, which relate to the field of air conditioners. The method comprises: when a fan rotation speed feedback signal is abnormal, acquiring first characterization information of a duty ratio of the current fan control signal; according to each fan rotation speed gear and characterization information of a duty ratio of a corresponding fan control signal, determining the current fan rotation speed corresponding to the first characterization information; and adjusting the duty ratio of the fan control signal according to the current fan rotation speed and a target fan rotation speed, such that second characterization information of the adjusted duty ratio of the fan control signal reaches target characterization information corresponding to the target fan rotation speed. Thus, fan rotation speed information can still be acquired when a fan rotation speed feedback signal is abnormal, and fan control continues, thereby improving the robustness of the fan
