Zusammenfassung:	A continuously variable transmission chain and a chain transmission system of a continuously variable transmission, relating to the field of chains. The continuously variable transmission chain comprises a plurality of first chain links (1) and a plurality of second chain links (2). The first chain links comprise at least two first chain plates arranged in parallel, and the first chain plate is provided with two first pin holes (13). The second chain link comprises at least two second chain plates arranged in parallel, and the second chain plate is provided with two second pin holes. The inner wall surface of the first pin hole comprises a main bearing surface (131), an auxiliary bearing surface (132), and an inner side wall surface (133), and the projection of the auxiliary bearing surface on an axial cross-section has a circular arc shape. The side surface of a pin shaft (3) comprises a main transmission surface (32) and an auxiliary transmission surface (31). The two end surfaces of the pin shaft are both
