PRODUCTION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR HYDROGEN FLUORIDE

The present invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen fluoride (HF) preparation, and particularly to a production method and system for HF. The method comprises the following steps: A) fluosilicic acid and first concentrated sulfuric acid reacting in a main reaction zone to generate silicon tetrafluoride gas and an HF-containing sulfuric acid solution; and B) introducing the silicon tetrafluoride gas into a silicon tetrafluoride generation zone, and dividing the HF-containing sulfuric acid solution into at least two paths for preparing HF gas, wherein a first part of the HF-containing sulfuric acid solution is introduced into a distillation zone for separation, HF gas obtained by separation is introduced into an HF generation zone to remove moisture, and dry crude HF gas is collected; a second part of the HF-containing sulfuric acid solution and second concentrated sulfuric acid are introduced into a mixing zone, and a diluted sulfuric acid solution after mixing treatment is reused in the main reac
