When the carbon-silicon/carbon composite according to an embodiment of the present invention is used as a negative electrode active material, electrical conductivity is excellent, and stress caused by the volumetric expansion of silicon can be alleviated. La présente invention est relative : à un composite carbone-silicium/carbone dans lequel une matrice de composite silicium/carbone est formée sur la surface et à l'intérieur des pores d'un support de carbone poreux ayant des propriétés de pore contrôlées ; et à son procédé de production. Lorsque le composite carbone-silicium/carbone selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est utilisé en tant que matériau actif d'électrode négative, la conductivité électrique est excellente, et la tension provoquée par l'expansion volumétrique du silicium peut être atténuée. 본 발명은 제어된 기공 특성을 갖는 다공성 탄소 지지체의 표면과 기공 내부에 실리콘/탄소 복합 매트릭스가 형성된 탄소-실리콘/탄소 복합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 탄소-실리콘/탄소 복합체를 음극 활물질로 사용할 경우 전기 전도도가 우수하고, 실리콘의 부피 팽창으로 인한 응력을 완화시킬 수 있다.
