Zusammenfassung:	The apparatus for total ankle replacement relates to a 3-component system for replacing the entire ankle joint comprising a tibia implant (100) for replacing a deformed tibia bone, a talus implant (200) for replacing a deformed talus implant and a mobile structure sliding interface (300) sandwiched between the said tibia implant and the talus implant to enable the relative motion between the said tibia implant (100) and the talus implant (200) in order to restore the natural movement of an ankle joint. L'appareil de remplacement total de cheville concerne un système à trois composants pour remplacer l'ensemble de l'articulation de cheville comprenant un implant de tibia (100) pour remplacer un os de tibia déformé, un implant de talus (200) pour remplacer un implant de talus déformé et une interface de coulissement de structure mobile (300) prise en sandwich entre ledit implant de tibia et l'implant de talus pour permettre le mouvement relatif entre ledit implant de tibia (100) et l'implant de talus (200) afin de restaurer le mouvement naturel d'une articulation de cheville.
