La présente invention concerne des polypeptides ayant une activité de phosphatase alcaline, des compositions de nettoyage comprenant un polypeptide ayant une activité de phosphatase alcaline et éventuellement un polypeptide ayant une activité de DNase, et l'utilisation des compositions dans un processus de nettoyage tel que le nettoyage du linge.
