Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a controlled-release coated fertilizer and a manufacturing method therefor and, specifically, to a controlled-release coated fertilizer and a manufacturing method therefor, the fertilizer comprising thereon a chemical resin coating, followed by a sodium bentonite coating. In the controlled-release coated fertilizer of the present invention, a natural clay material is added to the coating surface of the fertilizer at an optimal ratio, which can cause cracks and rupture of the coating due to a difference in swelling degree between the chemical resin and the natural clay material, thus enabling the appropriate elution of fertilizer ingredients. Accordingly, the controlled-release coated fertilizer and the manufacturing method therefor of the present invention can be advantageously used in the fertilizer industry.
La présente invention concerne un engrais enrobé à libération contrôlée et son procédé de fabrication et, plus particulièrement, un engrais enrobé à libération contrôlée et son procédé de fabrication, l'engrais comprenant à sa surface un enrobage à base d'une résine chimique, puis un enrobage à base de bentonite sodique. Dans l'engrais enrobé à libération contrôlée de la présente invention, un matériau à base d'argile naturelle est ajouté à la surface d'enrobage de l'engrais selon une proportion optimale, ce qui peut provoquer des fissures et une rupture de l'enrobage en raison d'une différence de degré de gonflement entre la résine chimique et le matériau à base d'argile naturelle, permettant ainsi une bonne élution des ingrédients de l'engrais. En conséquence, l'engrais enrobé à libération contrôlée et son procédé de fabrication selon la présente invention peuvent être avantageusement utilisés dans l'industrie des engrais.
