Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to as powder composition comprising a specific degradable A and B block copolymer, at least one lubricant, and at least one haemostatic agent. The powder composition according to the invention is particularly useful in a method of preventing and/or treating haemorrhage preferably uterine haemorrhage. The invention also relates to a kit comprising (i) the powder composition of the invention, and (ii) means for inserting said powder composition into a body cavity, preferably into the uterine cavity. La présente invention concerne une composition pulvérulente comprenant un copolymère séquencé A et B dégradable spécifique, au moins un lubrifiant, et au moins un agent hémostatique. La composition pulvérulente selon l'invention est particulièrement utile dans une méthode de prévention et/ou de traitement de l'hémorragie de préférence de l'hémorragie utérine. L'invention concerne également un kit comprenant (i) la composition pulvérulente de l'invention, et (ii) des moyens pour insérer ladite composition pulvérulente dans une cavité corporelle, de préférence dans la cavité utérine.
