COMPOSITION FOR PREPARING HIGH-SILICA GLASS FIBER, HIGH-SILICA GLASS FIBER, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to the technical field of glass fiber, and provided thereby are a composition for preparing a high-silica glass fiber, a high-silica glass fiber, and a preparation method therefor. The composition for preparing the high-silica glass fiber comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 65 -75% of SiO2, 15-25% of B2O3, 5-15% of Na2O, 0.5-3% of Al2O3, 0.2-1.5% of Fe2O3, and 0.5-3% of P2O5. The present invention improves the uniformity of molten glass and the stability of a melt drawing process by means of regulating the content of each component in the raw material for preparing the glass fiber. The obtained high-silica glass fiber has a high silicon dioxide content, is low in cost, and is suitable for industrial production.
