The photoelectric device manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a prefabricated device comprising a bottom electrode and a first cured film layer, wherein the first cured film layer is located on one side of the bottom electrode, and the material of the first cured film layer comprises a first metal oxide; placing the first cured film layer in an environment containing oxygen and water vapor to obtain a first functional layer; and forming a top electrode on the side of the first functional layer away from the bottom electrode. The device efficiency of the photoelectric device can be improved.
