Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing calcium carbonate through carbon dioxide fixation and manufacturing high-purity recycled gypsum, wherein high-purity calcium carbonate and ammonium sulfate are prepared by reaction of gypsum, discharged after flue gas desulfurization in a coal-fired power plant, with carbon dioxide and ammonia, and high-purity recycled gypsum and ammonia water are recovered by reaction of ammonium sulfate with molten iron pretreatment slag, so the method not only improves economic effects through recycling of the components generated during the reaction processes but is also suitable for carbon reduction.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de carbonate de calcium par fixation de dioxyde de carbone et de fabrication de gypse recyclé de haute pureté, le carbonate de calcium et le sulfate d'ammonium de haute pureté étant préparés par réaction de gypse, évacué après désulfuration de gaz de combustion dans une centrale électrique au charbon, avec du dioxyde de carbone et de l'ammoniac, et du gypse recyclé de haute pureté et de l'eau ammoniacale étant récupérés par réaction de sulfate d'ammonium avec du laitier de prétraitement de fer fondu, de sorte que le procédé non seulement améliore les effets économiques par le recyclage des composants générés pendant les processus de réaction mais est également approprié pour la réduction de carbone.
