Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring information of a participant of a scheduled meeting, the scheduled meeting being a meeting having a meeting identifier before the meeting starts; determining access permission of the participant for a group conversation on the basis of whether the participant is an appointed participant of the scheduled meeting, the access permission comprising a first permission or a second permission, the first permission being lower than the second permission, the group conversation being implemented according to a preset manner, and members of the group conversation comprising a plurality of appointed participants of the scheduled meeting; and displaying information of the group conversation to the participant according to the permission.
