Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a hinge mechanism and an electronic device comprising the hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism comprises a main shaft assembly, a first bracket (10), a second bracket (11) and a damping assembly. The first bracket and the second bracket are rotationally connected by means of the main shaft assembly, and the damping assembly is arranged at two sides of the main shaft assembly to limit rotation of the main shaft assembly. The main shaft assembly comprises a first rotatary shaft (135), a first cam structure (1441) and a second cam structure (1442), wherein the first cam structure and the second cam structure are arranged on the first rotary shaft and rotate along with the first rotary shaft.
