Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a drying assembly and a washing apparatus having same. The drying assembly comprises: an air duct housing, which is provided with a first vertical wall and a second vertical wall opposite each other, a mounting hole being provided in the second vertical wall; a PTC heater, which is arranged in the air duct housing and is provided with a first end and a second end opposite each other, the first end being fixed to the first vertical wall, and the second end being inserted into the mounting hole; and a sealing mounting part, which is sleeved on the second end and forms a sealing connection with the mounting hole. In the drying assembly according to the present invention, the PTC heater can be positioned and mounted, and the sealing of the air duct housing after mounting can be ensured.
