Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a cooling system for a locomotive or a multiple unit, said cooling system comprising a radiator assembly, a fan box body, a fan unit, a load-bearing mounting frame, a cooling liquid pipeline and a pump. The pump is connected to the radiator assembly by means of the cooling liquid pipeline. The load-bearing mounting frame comprises a first-stage frame, a second-stage frame and a damping assembly. The fan box body and the fan unit are rigidly connected to the first-stage frame, the radiator assembly is rigidly connected to the second-stage frame, and the first-stage frame is flexibly connected to the second-stage frame by means of the damping assembly. The cooling system for a locomotive or a multiple unit is provided with the load-bearing mounting frame so as to implement a second-stage mounting and damping structure for the cooling system, which effectively absorbs and suppresses the transfer of fan vibrations, and significantly reduces the structural noise of the cooling system, so as to improve
