DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE

Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises multiple rows of pixel circuits (10) and multiple scan driving units (20). The multiple scan driving units (20) are arranged in the same column in a non-display area (NAA), one scan driving unit (20) is connected to light-emitting control terminals (EM) and first control terminals (S1) of at least two rows of pixel circuits (10), and the scan driving unit (20) is configured to generate a light-emitting control signal and a first scan signal, so as to provide the light-emitting control signal to the light-emitting control terminals (EM) of at least two rows of pixel circuits (10) and also provide the first scan signal to the first control terminals (S1) of at least two rows of pixel circuits (10). The display panel helps reduce the quantity of scan driving units to achieve narrow bezel design, thereby improving a screen-to-body ratio and optimizing the display effect.
