Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides: a method for producing a cured body, the method being excellent in terms of moldability during the time of curing of a thermosetting resin composition and the glass transition temperature of the cured body; and a method for producing a molded body that contains a cured body. The present invention specifically provides a method for producing a cured body, the method comprising a first heating step. In the first heating step, a first heating part preheated to a temperature TH1 (°C) is used for the purpose of heating a resin composition that is in direct contact with the first heating part, or heating the resin composition that is disposed on the first heating part with a solid heat medium being interposed therebetween. The resin composition contains a compound (A) that has at least two epoxy groups in each molecule, an acid anhydride-based curing agent (B) and a curing accelerator (C). The curing accelerator (C) contains at least one curing accelerator that is selected from the group consisting of an imidazole-based curing accelerator, an amine-based curing accelerator, an ammonium salt-based curing accelerator, a phosphine-based curing accelerator, a phosphonium salt-based curing accelerator, a urea-based curing accelerator, and a fatty acid salt-based curing accelerator. The temperature TH1 satisfies formula (1) T1 - 20 ≤ TH1 ≤ T1 + 20. In formula (1), T1 (°C) represents the temperature expressed by formula (2) T1 (°C) = 184 × (Z/M × 100)-0.07 - 40. In formula (2), M (mol) represents the substance amount of acid anhydride groups in the resin composition, and Z (mol) represents the substance amount of the curing accelerator in the resin composition.
