This power supply device comprises: three or more capacitor arrays connected to each other in series via a plurality of inter-module nodes between first and second terminal nodes; a first switch circuit for selectively connecting either one of the plurality of inter-module nodes or the first terminal node to a first input/output terminal; and a second switch circuit for selectively connecting either one of the plurality of inter-module nodes or the second terminal node to a second input/output terminal.
