In addition, method for treating a disease in which mediation, such as inhibition, regulation and/or modulation, of ATM kinase is beneficial in a human or a warm-blooded or mammal animal in need of such treatment is disclosed. La présente invention concerne des composés de formule générale (Ia) ou (Ib), des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits composés et leur utilisation dans le traitement de maladies, en particulier des cancers. De plus, l'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'une maladie dans laquelle la médiation, telle que l'inhibition, la régulation et/ou la modulation, de la kinase ATM est bénéfique chez un être humain ou un animal à sang chaud ou mammifère nécessitant un tel traitement.
