BYSTANDER ANTIGEN ENHANCEMENT OF TUMOR CELL LYSATE IMMUNOGENICITY

The present disclosure relates to immunogenic compositions comprising a tumor cell lysate and a bystander antigen, and uses thereof in stimulating an anti-tumor immune response in a mammalian subject. The present disclosure also relates to compositions comprising a tumor cell lysate, a bystander antigen, and one or both of a pathogen recognition receptor agonist, and a glycerolipid or phospholipid analog.
