An injection needle assembly includes a hub having a first input port and a second input port, and an outer hub portion rotatably coupled about an inner hub portion having a cam. An elongate hollow stylet extends distally from the hub and includes a proximal end at the hub and distal end spaced a distance from the proximal end. A cannula receives the elongate hollow stylet such that the elongate hollow stylet and the cannula define an inner lumen and an outer lumen separate from the inner lumen, the cannula further including a proximal end and a distal end spaced a distance from the proximal end.
