The method comprises: S1, performing Fourier transform, amplitude constraint and phase constraint on a first complex amplitude distribution to obtain a second complex amplitude distribution corresponding to an output plane of a focusing lens, the first complex amplitude distribution being a complex amplitude distribution corresponding to an input plane of the focusing lens; S2, performing inverse Fourier transform on the second complex amplitude distribution to obtain a first complex amplitude distribution of a next iteration, and then returning to execute step S1; and S3, when the number of iterations is greater than a preset number threshold, generating a corresponding sub-diffraction optical dot matrix according to a phase distribution corresponding to the first complex amplitude distribution of the next iteration.
