Zusammenfassung:An automatic segmentation method for myocardium in a two-dimensional echocardiogram, comprising: using a basic image processing algorithm to sequentially extract ridge information, extract skeleton information, screen for left and right myocardial skeletons, extract feature points, and select anchor points; according to the anchor points and the left and right myocardial skeletons, fitting in a cardiac chamber mathematical model to obtain a myocardial coarse contour; and finally, performing iterative calculation on the myocardial coarse contour by using a myocardial characteristic energy equation to obtain an optimal myocardial contour. The beneficial effects of the method are that: according to the uniqueness of the structure of the myocardial contour, significant features are extracted from the two-dimensional echocardiogram by using a basic image processing algorithm, and the structure and the specific boundary of the myocardium are determined and segmented according to the existing cardiac chamber mathema
